FAQ
Everything you may want to know.
Clear answers about our services, process, timelines, website audits and what it’s like to work with Select Visibility.
01
Getting started with Select Visibility.
The basics about what we do, who we work with and how to understand which service makes sense for your business.
What services do you offer?
Select Visibility focuses on three main areas: SEO strategy, web development, and performance & conversion improvements. We also use website audits to identify problems and decide what should be prioritised first.
Which service is right for my business?
It depends on what is currently limiting your growth. If people cannot find you, SEO may be the priority. If your website is outdated or unclear, web development may matter more. If you already have traffic but too few visitors take action, performance and conversion work may be more useful.
Do I need a completely new website?
Not necessarily. We first look at what already works, what is limiting performance and whether the existing website can support the improvements your business needs.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. A large part of the work can involve improving an existing website rather than rebuilding it from scratch.
Do you work with businesses outside Serbia?
Yes. Our services can be delivered remotely, which allows us to work with businesses in different markets and locations.
How do we get started?
Start by requesting an audit or contacting us with a short explanation of your website and goals.
02
SEO questions.
What SEO can improve, how long it takes and what happens before and after the strategy begins.
How long does SEO take?
SEO is a long-term growth channel rather than an instant fix. Timing depends on your current website, competition, market and how much work is required.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No responsible SEO strategy can guarantee a specific Google position.
What does an SEO audit look at?
An SEO review can include technical health, search visibility, keywords, page structure, content, internal linking, competitors and missed opportunities.
Can SEO work without rebuilding my website?
Yes. Many websites can be improved without a complete rebuild.
Do you work on local SEO?
Local SEO can be part of the strategy when a business depends on customers searching within specific cities, regions or service areas.
What happens after the SEO audit?
The findings are used to decide what should be prioritised and what the next steps should be.
03
Web development questions.
From redesigns and responsive builds to what happens after a website goes live.
How long does a website take to build?
The timeline depends on the size of the website, complexity, content and how much custom work is required.
Do you build WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress can be used when it is the right fit for the project.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. A redesign can improve visual presentation, structure, responsiveness, speed and customer journey.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Responsive behaviour is part of the build process.
Is SEO considered during the website build?
The website can be built with an SEO-ready structure and a strong foundation for future optimisation.
Can I update the website myself?
Websites can be structured so common content changes are easier to manage.
What happens after launch?
After launch, the site can be reviewed for performance, technical issues, SEO and further conversion opportunities.
04
Performance & conversion questions.
How we look at speed, usability, conversion paths and the friction that can stop visitors from taking action.
What is conversion optimisation?
Conversion optimisation is the process of improving the website experience so more of the right visitors complete meaningful actions.
Do I need more traffic first?
Not always. Improving the customer journey can be useful before trying to attract more visitors.
What do you measure?
We can review technical performance, page experience, conversion paths, forms and important user actions.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. Performance and conversion work does not automatically require a new website.
Will you change the design?
Only where design, structure or usability creates unnecessary friction.
How do we know whether the improvements worked?
Relevant performance and behaviour signals can be compared before and after changes.
05
Before we work together.
What happens before a project starts, how scope is decided and what you can expect from the process.
What happens after I request an audit?
We review the information you provide and understand your website, goals and main problems.
What information do you need from me?
Usually your website, a short explanation of the business, your goals and any known problems.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity and type of work required.
Do you work on one-off projects?
Yes, depending on the project and what the business needs.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Ongoing work can be considered when continued SEO, optimisation or website improvements make sense.
What if I’m not sure what my website needs?
An audit or initial review can identify the problem before deciding on the solution.
